Rhodiola

Botanical & Other Names: Hong Jing Tian, Rhodiola Rosea

Rhodiola contains phytochemicals that can combat stress, enhance recovery from exhaustion, and restore malfunctioning biological systems, which are a key factor in reducing the effects of aging. Rhodiola prepares the body for negative stress and damage including: oxidative stress, acute and chronic heat shocks and toxic chemical exposure.
 
Research shows that salidroside in Rhodiola reduces the pathologically inflammatory by-products and toxins known as Advanced Glycation End Products (AGEs).
